Storytelling

An experience serving a global project

A life of football, from Cameroonian pitches to international bodies. Four chapters tell how experience shapes vision.

Chapter 1

Roots

Where does he come from?

Cameroonian, researcher and lecturer in information and communication sciences, Dr Nyamsi built his journey between Africa and Europe. From neighbourhood pitches to institutional responsibilities, his discovery of football forged a conviction: experience shapes values.

Chapter 2

Observation

What has he seen?

Inequalities between federations, opaque financial flows, governance disconnected from the field, unequal access to resources and opportunities. World football must leave no one behind — neither the smaller federations, nor emerging nations, nor grassroots actors.

Chapter 3

Proof

What has he already done?

President of DIHEP DI NKAM Club, Executive Council member of Junior Académie Football, founder of a global multicultural sports think tank gathering experts from all continents, major FECAFOOT figure in 2021. The vision rests on real, documented, verifiable experience.

Chapter 4

Proposal

What will he change?

A four-pillar programme: fight against corruption, blockchain transparency for FIFA Forward, football in schools, a catch-up plan for Africa and emerging nations. Equity must become a measurable system, with dated and verifiable commitments.

« My commitment to FIFA is far from a race for power, but an obsession with Equity, Justice, Innovation, Rehumanising Football, our Football. »
— Dr Jean Crépin Soter Nyamsi
